    I/We hereby authorise any enforcement under the instruction of County Enforcement Limited of 20 St Andrew Street, London, EC4A 3AG
    to commence a Schedule 12 procedure against my/our tenant including Taking Control of Goods, chattels and effects in or upon the
    premises or on the highway.

    We hereby authorise and empower you to exercise CRAR (Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery) pursuant to Section 73(8) of the Tribunals Court and Enforcement Act 2007 and Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013.
